Well, here we go again, lots of updates to catch up on. This jam night is the first post-Bro Classic jam so I have to give props to my Bro Pat. He beat me pretty bad and deserves to be reigning Bro Classic champ. But there's always next year!!
So back to business. This Jam Night starts off with one of our favs, Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain. We even do the long lost extra verse. From there we move on through a rousing version of Maybeline and then, by request of our in studio guest, we take a shot at Taking Care of Business by BTO. We felt a little "on the spot" but according to our guest, we nailed it. We don't usually do requests (for free) but we had a little electrical outage and our special guest actually fixed it for us so we felt like we owed him something. Thanks Richard!
From there we kick out a Tom Petty song, a Johnny Cash song and wrap things up with a tribute to Jim Carroll who passed away recently. This song is for you my brother.
